Isekai Lens has the following privacy policy regarding the handling of users' personal information when providing this service.
This service collects the following information in order to provide the service.
・Information provided by users: user ID, email address (optional), password (stored in encrypted form), and an optional display name and avatar image. If you sign in with a Google account, the identifying information of that account.
・The selfie you upload to generate a character, and the resulting AI-generated character portrait and bio text.
・Information collected automatically through use: IP address and user agent (mainly for security verification at sign-in), an anonymous per-install identifier used only to limit free ad-funded generations per day, and general usage data collected through the analytics and advertising tools described below.
This service is a single-player experience with no matching, chat, or social features. The selfies you upload, the characters generated for you, your display name, and your account information are never shown to other users.
This service uses users' personal information for the following purposes:
・To provide and operate the service, including your account and coin balance.
・To generate your character: your selfie is analyzed by the Gemini API to write a character bio, and sent to a RunPod-hosted image generation service to render a character portrait.
・To send necessary notifications to users by email, such as changes to this policy.
・To prevent unauthorized use and ensure security.
・To deliver advertisements and improve the service.
This service relies on the following third-party services to operate, each of which processes information to the extent necessary for its role:
・Google Gemini API: analyzes your uploaded selfie to write a character bio.
・RunPod: generates the character portrait image from your selfie and the character bio.
・Cloudflare R2: stores uploaded and generated images.
・Firebase (Google): account sign-in and Firebase Analytics, used to understand usage and improve the service.
・Google AdSense and Google AdMob, together with our own in-house ad network: used to deliver advertisements, including rewarded ads that grant a free character generation. For ad delivery on native apps, we obtain user consent through Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) and may use device identifiers and similar information. Users can limit ad personalization and tracking through their device settings.
・RevenueCat and Stripe: process coin and Pro subscription purchases.
Except as required by law, this service does not provide personal information to third parties beyond what is described above without the user's consent.
Uploaded selfies and the character portraits and bios generated from them are kept as part of your generation history for as long as your account exists. Deleting your account, or contacting us at the address below, removes this content.
Users may request the disclosure of their personal information from this service.
If users' personal information is incorrect, they may request correction, addition, deletion, or suspension of use of the information through the procedures set by this service, including deleting their account from the settings screen.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of users' personal information and data. However, we cannot guarantee complete security in internet communications or data storage. In the event of data loss or alteration due to system failures, unauthorized access, or other issues, we shall not be held responsible for any resulting damages.
This service may change this privacy policy as needed. In such cases, users who have registered an email address will be notified via email.
