The Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "TOS") apply when users access and use this service. By using this service, users agree to be bound by TOS.
Only those who agree to TOS are allowed to use this service. Users under 18 need consent from their parent or legal guardian to use this service. Users who do not meet the minimum age required by the laws of their region may not use this service.
This service can be used without an account, but signing in with an email address and password, or with a Google account, unlocks additional features such as spending coins on generations and subscribing to Pro. Users must keep their registration information accurate and up to date, and are responsible for properly managing the password and authentication credentials associated with their account. This service shall not be liable for any damages arising from inadequate management of credentials by the user or their use by a third party.
Privacy Policy of this serviceexplains how the information provided by users to this service and how it is handled. By using this service, users confirm that they have understood and agreed to this Privacy Policy.
This service lets users upload a selfie so that an AI model can invent an original fantasy ("isekai") character bio, and a separate AI image model can render a portrait of that character based on the selfie. The generated character and portrait are creative, AI-generated interpretations: they are not guaranteed to resemble the uploaded photo, and their content — including the character's name, personality, and appearance — is generated automatically and may be inaccurate, unexpected, or unsuitable for a user's purposes.
Users must only upload a selfie of themselves, or a photo they have the clear right and permission to use, and must not upload photos of another identifiable person without that person's consent, photos of minors other than the user's own likeness where the user is a minor with guardian consent, or any photo that is illegal, infringing, or otherwise prohibited under "Prohibited Actions" below.
Ownership of the character bio and portrait generated for a user remains with that user, subject to the terms of the third-party AI services used to generate it.
By uploading a selfie or otherwise submitting content to this service, users grant the service a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, process, and store that content solely to operate and provide the service to that user, including sending it to the third-party services described in the Privacy Policy.
This service has no obligation to retain generated content indefinitely and is not liable for its loss.
The intellectual property rights to the software, programs, design, logos, trademarks, text, images, and all other content that make up this service belong to this service or its rightful owners. Users may not reproduce, reprint, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any of these without prior permission.
We take great care in providing our services, however due to network issues, unauthorized access, system failures, or other unforeseen circumstances, user data may be lost or altered. We shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users or third parties as a result of such incidents.
Users must not engage in any of the following while using this service:
・Uploading a photo of a person without that person's consent, or any photo depicting a minor in a sexual or exploitative context.
・Infringing on the intellectual property rights, such as copyrights and trademarks, of this service or any third party.
・Uploading content that violates laws or regulations, or any act contrary to laws or public order and morals.
・Any act related to criminal activity.
・Infringing on the rights or interests of other users, third parties, or this service, as well as impersonation, harassment, or defamation.
・Placing an excessive load on the servers or networks of this service, or interfering with its operation.
・Unauthorized access, or improper use through bots or automated tools, including to obtain more free ad-funded generations than intended.
・Spamming, or unsolicited advertising or solicitation.
・Buying, selling, or exchanging coins for cash, anything of monetary value, or any service outside this service, or transferring, lending, or exchanging coins with other users or third parties (including real money trading).
・Any other act that this service deems inappropriate.
The service reserves the right to delete content, including uploaded selfies and generated characters, it deems inappropriate, at its sole discretion.
The service reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts it deems inappropriate, at its sole discretion.
This service uses third-party advertising services (such as Google AdSense and Google AdMob) and its own in-house advertising, and may display rewarded ads that grant a free character generation. This service shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users as a result of the content of advertisements or third-party sites or services accessed through them. Rewards granted through rewarded ads can only be used within this service, cannot be exchanged for cash or the like, and may be changed or terminated without notice at the discretion of this service.
Generating a character normally costs a set number of "coins," a virtual point usable only within this service. Coins can be obtained through a daily login bonus, redeeming a coupon code, or purchasing a coin pack; alternatively, users of the native app may watch a rewarded ad instead of spending coins, up to a limited number of free generations per day.
Coins have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, gift certificates, prizes, or any other property or economic benefit.
Regardless of whether coins were obtained for free or for a fee, users must not buy, sell, transfer, lend, exchange, or otherwise trade coins with other users or third parties (including real money trading).
This service may change, without notice, the conditions and amount of coins granted, how coins may be used, and the daily limit on free ad-funded generations, and may confiscate coins obtained or increased through unauthorized access, bots, exploitation of bugs, or other improper means, and suspend or delete the account of a user who engages in such conduct. If a generation fails, its coin cost is refunded. This service shall not be liable for any other loss of a user's coin balance resulting from the termination or modification of this service, system failure, or similar events.
This service may offer an optional, auto-renewing paid subscription ("Pro") that grants perks such as a larger daily login bonus. Subscriptions are purchased and managed through the Google Play Store, the Apple App Store, or, where available, directly through this service, and are billed and renewed according to the terms of the platform used to purchase them. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through that platform's subscription management settings; cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period.
This service is provided on an "as is" basis, and we make no warranties as to its accuracy, completeness, usefulness, fitness for a particular purpose, or the like. Details of the disclaimer regarding use of this service are governed by the Disclaimer. Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on our part, this service shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users in connection with the use of this service. If a user violates these terms or a dispute arises with a third party in connection with the use of this service, the user shall resolve it at their own responsibility and expense, and shall not cause any damage to this service.
The service may modify TOS as necessary. In such cases, users who have registered an email address will be notified by email.
The service may change, limit, suspend, or terminate the service at any time for any reason.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. In the event of a dispute between a user and this service regarding this service, the Tokyo District Court shall be the court of exclusive agreed jurisdiction for the first instance. Even if any provision of these terms, or part thereof, is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of these terms shall continue in full force and effect.
